The Teacher Analytics Page is where you will monitor class and student progress in real time. If at any point you want a quick description of what a dashboard page displays, just click the question mark in the upper right-hand corner of the Analytics Page.
Overview Page
The Overview page gives you a snapshot of the student's overall performance. Here you will find your student's % of Challenge questions answered correctly (including resets); the number of Silver, Gold, and Blue Challenges completed (excluding resets); and total perfect Challenges by level.
You can use the "This Week" and "Total" dropdown at the top of the Overview page to see your students' performance this week (starting at 12am Sunday) versus their total performance stats while using the Muzology platform.
Performance Page
The Performance page gives a breakdown of your students' total progress based on how many videos your students have unlocked, how many videos your students have viewed, and how many Silver, Gold, and Blue records your students have earned. You can always sort this table by selecting the arrows located in each row label.
To see your students' results on a specific video or videos, choose which video(s) you would like to view by selecting the video title from the Video drop-down. To remove a video, simply click the X located next to the video title.
You can also view your students' performance on a specific Playlist/Assignment by selecting a playlist title from the Playlist drop-down. All videos that comprise that playlist will automatically populate the videos drop-down.
If you would like to only view the performance results for a certain class, you can always select the class from the Class drop-down.
Progress Page
The Progress page is designed to give you a direct view of each student's progression through the challenges associated with an individual video. On this table, you will see each student's Math Trivia score (their baseline score, taken before they watched the video), their Silver challenge high score, their Gold challenge high score, and their Blue challenge high score.
To change a video, select the video title from the Video drop-down located at the top of the page. If you would like to only view the performance results for a certain class, you can always select the class from the Class drop-down. You can sort this table by selecting the arrows located in each row label.
Videos Page
The Videos page provides a gauge of class progress for each video. Here you’ll see the percentage of students in an individual class or all classes who have earned a perfect score at each challenge level. If you would like to only view the performance results for a certain class, you can always select the class from the Class drop-down. You can sort this table by selecting the arrows located in each row label.
My Records Page
The My Records page shows you how many students have earned records for every video at each level. Your records will start to fill based on the percentage of students who have earned 100% on the associated challenge. When all of your students have obtained perfect scores on a given challenge, your record will fill completely.
To see a list of student names who have earned that record, simply hover over an individual record. You can also filter your records by color/level by selecting either Silver, Gold, or Blue from the Filter Records drop-down.
